The Special Services Program provides eligible parents/caregivers of children and youth ages 0-19 with respite services that incorporates life skills and social development for the participants.
Eligibility Criteria:
All of the Special Services programs are available to children and youth from birth to the age of 19 years who qualify for Children Youth Special Needs Services. All referrals must come through the Ministry for Children and Family Development.
- Diagnosis of Autism, or
- Mental disability (IQ below 70)
- Eligible for the At-Home Program (Respite or Medical)
